Responsibilities：
- Lead a diverse and effective technical staff of R&D engineers and chemists;
- Establish development plans for staff, and oversee key skills identification and development;
- Provide project management and technical expertise in Catalyst Research and Development in Coal to Chemicals and Coal to Fuel to meet Shenhua business objectives;
- Provide the leadership to maintain the excellent EH&S performance and comply with regulations and standards;
- Develop and maintain state-of-the-art laboratory facilities. Proactively grow capabilities in NICE in order to effectively support the business & growth in clean coal;
- Promote the innovation culture within team and proactively seek out new technology opportunities.
Qualification：
- Ph.D or master degree in Chemistry /Chemical Engineering or Material Science is preferred;
- 6+ years of experience in industrial catalyst R&D environments;
- 5+ years project lead experience;
- 3+ years R&D team management experience;
- Fluent oral and written English.
